We called blass on a recommendation and from the very first call Vicente has been THE BEST! He came out at night in the dark to patch our roof to hold us over from the leaking(which it did). Not only does he answer all of our calls/texts promptly, he shows up when he says he will. He gives us all the information we need and has guided us through the roofing/insurance process with honesty and transparency.
